TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We only sell through authorized distributors. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Freight Policy: Freight prepaid at $2,000 or more within continental USA per destination. Barricade tape, rainwear and stop/slow paddles are not included.
3. Minimum order of $100. A $10 service charge/handling charge for mix item/size or under $100 order.
4. A finance charge of 5% will be charged on all past due balances. Collection agency and/or attorney’s fees will be added if used for collection. All distributors with past due invoices over 60 days will be placed on credit hold.
5. Factory Limited Warranty: 3A Safety warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Defective merchandise will be repaired, replaced or credited. Any merchandise authorized for return must be done so within 30 days of the return authorization. There is a 15% restocking charge if the returns are not due to defect reasons. No returns are allowed after 90 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special order items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.*If defective merchandise sent for replacement has already been used, it will be repaired NOT replaced.**All custom or non-stock items are not returnable.*
6. Claims: All claims for shortages must be reported to 3A Safety within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
